Our Services

Healing Through Connection

Every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. I offer specialized approaches tailored to your child's unique needs — and support for fellow clinicians.

Play therapy

Play is a child's natural way of communicating. Through carefully facilitated play sessions, children express feelings, explore relationships, and work through difficult experiences. Dr. Wyant is a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) trained to use play as the primary therapeutic tool for children who may not yet have the words to express their inner world.

anxiety and depression

Anxiety and depression can look different in young people — irritability, withdrawal, school refusal, physical complaints, or changes in sleep. We provide a safe space to understand these feelings, develop coping strategies, and rebuild confidence and joy.

trauma therapy

We specialize in multiple trauma-informed modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trauma Play Therapy. Each approach is tailored to the child's age, developmental stage, and unique needs — always at a pace that feels safe.

Infant & early childhood

The earliest years shape a child's emotional foundation. Our infant and early childhood mental health counseling supports caregivers and their little ones in building secure attachments, addressing behavioral concerns, and fostering healthy social-emotional development during this critical period.

EMDR

EMDR helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer cause intense distress. Using gentle bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or tapping), EMDR allows children and adolescents to heal from trauma, anxiety, and other difficult experiences without having to talk in detail about what happened.

clinical supervision

Dr. Wyant provides clinical supervision for counselors seeking licensure or advanced specialization. Supervision sessions focus on case conceptualization, ethical practice, therapeutic technique refinement, and professional growth within a supportive, reflective framework.

Dr. Madison Wyant, LPC, RPT™

I believe every child communicates through play. My practice is built on creating a warm, judgment-free environment where young hearts can process big emotions, overcome trauma, and discover their own resilience.

With specialized training in play therapy and trauma-informed care, I partner with families to support their child's emotional growth and well-being — one session at a time.
